Media Training Workshop

Crisis Training Workshop
 
  • Different crisis scenarios need to be handled differently. Poor crisis management can often cost a company not only its revenue but also hurt its reputation in the long run
  • We help organizations to identify their risk and crisis vulnerabilities and help them handle different crisis situations
  • Our Crisis Management program is divided in two major parts – crisis readiness and Incident response
  • Crisis Readiness Program enables an organization to be prepared for any form of crisis. This we do by conducting extensive organization wide audits followed by development of a crisis readiness protocol. This is then supplemented by a training that is conducted among top managers and field level staff on handling media and other stakeholder queries during a crisis situation
  • The Incident Response program trains key managers in assessing possible threats presented by emerging situations that help them to be prepared in advance before a crisis strikes. It also prepares them in handling queries from various stakeholders on the ground

Messaging Workshop
 
  • The messaging workshop is a collaborative exercise with the top management of organisatrions, where the key messages are arrived at and agreed upon through an interactive discussion. The exercise helps to prioritise audiences, and tailor-make individual messages for each target audience that the communication must address
  • The first step towards the workshop is filling up of an audit questionnaire by the key participants, ideally the top management who would be responsible to carry forward the messages. Based on the responses, we prepare a presentation that is made to the participants at the workshop with an objective of triggering a discussion, to arrive at the key messages
  • The workshop includes 2-3 hours of intensive discussion to arrive at key messages. This is systematically guided by us to develop each module that addresses the key target audiences
  • In the end we craft the umbrella message that is often the key communication proposition that reflects in all communication going forward
  • This workshop is an intrinsic process in planning your communication focus areas and ensures that everything you say is directed at achieving your communication goals
