As committed as we are to offering the best service to our clients, Perfect Relations is committed to creating the best workplace for our people . Coping with systems and processes and learning the various technicalities associated with client service protocols can be challenging to new entrants. Recognizing this , we have facilitated an internal training system that would assist our employees to acclimatize to the modus operandi of Perfect Relations.
Training sessions are designed around topics that are critical for personnel development and skill enhancement. Customized to the training needs of the employee and the organisation these sessions range from an hour to two days and are conducted by local, global and in-house faculty. The trainings range from Client Servicing Skills to Presentation Skills to Media and Internal Logistics during Press Conferences to Crisis Management Protocols.
Perfect Relations is the only PR firm that gives the employees a 360 degree exposure on all the facets of communication. We ensure our employees get maximum exposure through team/ industry rotations, working under high pressure scenarios, on high-decibel campaigns, on-ground as well as on digital platforms. We are serious when it comes to business, but also serious when it comes to having fun! Perfect Relations is abuzz with activities that bind the whole organisation all year round. Unity is built through internal award functions created to recognize the talent within us; not only in terms of the work performance, but also in the various ways they have become indispensible to the organisation as people. This has, today, translated into over 100 years of combined top management experience in consultancy.
Cultural diversity is celebrated by involving all our colleagues in different religious festivities for example, designing rangolis during Diwali.
Enthusiastic participation also shines through when for social causes, be it making the women in our organisation feel special on International Women's Day or conducting the UN Millennium Campaign where each Friday is designated to a Millennium Development Goal, and the organisation shows solidarity by unanimously adorning the color signifying the cause on that day. Our work for the UN's initiative Stand-Up Take Action Against Poverty was acknowledged by a Certificate of Gratitude from UN Millennium Campaign.
